Apple and yellow peach nose. Much improved over last time with age. Very special indeed. In the glass orange rind, quince, apricot pits it's just unique different and special. Florian one of the winemakers was right this needed time. It's unreal that Gutedel or Auxerrois can have that much taste 🍷🍷🍷The best white from E&M.

This wine, as I'm beginning to understand with E&M wines, needs a lot of air to start showing its stuff. These notes are after 3 hours in a decanter and at room temp. Ridiculous nose. Floral, bright honey, cracked stone powder, and nose-tingling , just ripe tropical fruit. Almost the theoretical exemplar of pure in the mouth. Fresh and juicy. Light as a feather yet mouthfilling. What a tightrope this walks.

Melon, green apple, armpit, cantaloupe on this very friendly and vivid nose. Palate is elegant and ripe with elegant and mineral tinged fruit. Nice freshness.

Beautiful Auxerrois in an unique definition of the variety. Ripe yellow flavours, great structure with low alcohol. Love it! Great vignerons!
