Intense powerful blast of sea salt and strong alcohol punch long lasting

Excellent choice for a classic Adonis cocktail. 2:1 Sherry:Sweet Vermouth + dash of Angostura bitters and an orange peel.

Dry but sweet, warm, peppery. Salty. (I would give this 8/10 on a 0-10 scale, but on this ridiculous 6-10 scale... I don't know)

It’s that time of year. Love this stuff.

A nice, highly drinkable Amontillado. Candied fruited, Mandarine peel and toasted nuts + a wonderful salty finish to the (slightly more than) off dry body.
Pass on the olives and salted almonds!
