Fantastic, more roundness and depth to the salty and bitter almond notes, medium+ body with high acidity. Long and clean finish. One of he best Sherry for me ever.

Fino at it best, En Rama that is! Surpringsingly generous fruit, intense and layered with roasted nuts, a stone crushed minerality, and of course the trademarked fino aura. Bone dry with intense mid palate and a long finish.
