V. Gewürzy. Simple

Popped and poured, no formal notes. chamomile, melon and minerals. Good enough acid to work well with a variety of foods.

Oxidative, candied orange peel, ginger, Indian spices, green apple, cooked pears, honey spices white flowers.

Classical gerwurtz aromatics, in a tighter more linear package with lower alcohol. Perfect for weeknight Thai pairing, w/o the usual high octane

Pretty solid.

From the town of Tramine. Mountain grass and lychee. A great way to discover Gewürztraminer at its finest.

Sweet dessert wine finish. Spice comes mid palate. Dried beeswax conclusion. $20

Ripe tropical fruit on the nose but bone dry with lots of mineral on the palate

A good tasting wine. One that pairs easily with a wide variety of food. When I tried it, it was paired with a butternut squash soup. It provided a good balance with this soup.

Very floral with with chalk and lime.
