Dr. L Mosel Riesling

Winery owned by the same family for over 200 years and with vines over 50 years old, Dr Loosen Estate is located in one of the best sites in Germany. Grapes for this wine come from traditional vineyards with steep slopes and slate soil. Pale lemon with typical fruit and floral Riesling nose. The palate is very fruity with that of typical Mosel Riesling with a strong mineral tone. Nicely balanced with acidity. Drink now, no aging benefit.

The savior of thousands of shitty wine stores all over murica. When you can’t find a decent bottle, somehow they’ll always have this fresh, zippy, lightly sweet Mosel. And it’s always good and absurdly inexpensive.

A light straw-yellow colour in the glass, mouthwatering acidity and bold notes of green apple, lemon and white flowers. Finishes with a very subtle hint of petrol.

Hints of white flowers on the nose. Green apple and lemon flavors. Just to syrupy and sweet. Sugar levels mask the flavors, alcohol and acidity.

Very tasty. Light, easy to drink. Yum.
