Apple, lemon, peach and slate. Good acidity and minerality.

Picked up from Eataly, had with sardine and potatoes. Light, refreshing, would be life-changing on a hot summer day.

Citrus, saline, steely.

Can’t complain. Some olive, white flowers. Still like their Anthilia bottling more.
