Cloudy yellow. Apricot, flowers, and brettanomyces on the nose in this funky Pét-Nat. Cidery, bitter orange. Dry. Little bit of tannin from the skin contact. Has some similarities with wine ;-)

Very small bubbles. A little cloudy orange yellow beautiful color.
I enjoyed the note of dried apricots, dried pineapple, dried mango, barrels, timber, rosins, wild animals, autumn leaves, mulch, yeast, bread, beer, pickles, vinegar, sausage, smoked meats, yellow flowers, lily, hint of putrid odor. Very complex.
Less sweetness, powerful acid, much mineral, comfortable creamy bubble, good bitterness.
Interesting taste.
