Donati Camillo
Il Mio Malvasia
Rather like a pear cidre on the nose with wonderfully refreshing, palate massaging bubbles. Delicious with temaki sushi.

Jan 22nd, 2021Cloudy yellow. Apricot, flowers, and brettanomyces on the nose in this funky Pét-Nat. Cidery, bitter orange. Dry. Little bit of tannin from the skin contact. Has some similarities with wine ;-)

Sep 8th, 2020Very small bubbles. A little cloudy orange yellow beautiful color.
I enjoyed the note of dried apricots, dried pineapple, dried mango, barrels, timber, rosins, wild animals, autumn leaves, mulch, yeast, bread, beer, pickles, vinegar, sausage, smoked meats, yellow flowers, lily, hint of putrid odor. Very complex.
Less sweetness, powerful acid, much mineral, comfortable creamy bubble, good bitterness.
Interesting taste.

Mar 5th, 2015Tasted originally at Terzo Vino Bar in Mpls, found a bottle locally. Love the wine, even more impressed by the winery story. Orange, sparkling, yes. 100% drinkable and fun.
