Dec 18th, 2017A consistent and solid choice for affordable Chablis. It is lacking in complexity, but demonstrates some of the trademark Chablis qualities of minerality, citrus fruit, and a nice clean finish- a good pairing with cheeses and appetizers of almost any type.

Palate: mineral, lime, closed.

Shows lemon zest, some salinity, acidity and green apple. What was available near Penn Station and simple, clean, linear wine.

Jul 23rd, 2016Lemon curd, lime zest, a bit of wet stone, zesty but missing the marine quality that I love in Chablis.

May 28th, 2016Very pale green color with buttered toast, green apple, lemon, lime and wet stone aromas. On the palate it's approaches medium-bodied and is very fresh with green apple, mixed citrus and a hint of white peach flavors and an appealing minerality with a lingering finish.
