Just ok. Stick with 100% assyrtiko, this was not much to write home about.

Super salt! Er, I thought acidic

Lemon colored honey glow. Like a Beach House song in a glass. Unique blend with Assyrtiko. Greeks are getting creative…wait…they’ve been at this wine business for a for years.

For an extra +.2 after breathing a bit. Still disappointing. Starts with tart green apple and some lemony citrus up front, but dies into a flabby, non-acidic, only slightly minerally/saline back end.

Lemon on the nose, tart yet some softness on the palate, and a slight (pleasant) bitterness on the finish. I enjoyed it and it paired nicely with a vegan mac-n-cheese my daughter made.
