So pretty and lifted on the nose- rockpools, delicate lemon, white flowers. On the palate very transparent. Sweetness on the edges. Lovely balance and length. Classic, classy roulot. Gorgeous.

Perrières

Nice nutty nose, soft citrus aromas. Layered texture of white flowers, stone fruit and lemon, and dried grass. Chardonnay at its finest. And it develops perfectly over one hour.

Intrigued by the combination of reduction, white stone fruit, citrus blossom, and flint. Well done.
