Les Chevalières Meursault Chardonnay

Compared to Narvaux, more focus, length, intensity and cut. No sacrifice on the broad palate, exactly what I want in Meursault. Great energy, clean and pure. Flinty minerals, crisp orchard fruit, corn husk and blossoms.

Cork completely saturated. First bottle corked so I'm thinking this isn't a storage issue. Lemon curd on the nose, crisp, clean. Drinking nicely. #burgundy #wine

2/3 bottles were off a bit. This one sang.

Toasted nuts.

Smooth and lite Chardonnay with white peach, floral and black tea.

Solid but less body than I like in a Mersault

Floral and velvety like roses.
