Vintage 2021 | minerals and flint in smell, which is powerfull, nice bitters in taste, long aftertaste. Joyful wine.

Note, this was a white. Lovely on a warm Dutch day. Crisp with some fruit and butter. Not very acidic, but left some interesting citrus noses. Definitely a buy!

The nose is full of sour apple and nuts. Uh oh this is oxidized. The wine had been opened for 2 hours now and these scents tend to remain in there. This is a pity because the palate shows less of these oxidized stamps with a lot of matter, a strong acid backbone, a soft and oily touch on the sides, some white flowers all along, and a rich and nice finish with white flowers and white fruits. Some spices in there too. What a pity this has started oxidize because there is matter and life in there.
