Spectacular. Still tightly coiled but perfect balance of oak, lemon and steely mineral. Finishes with a yeasty twist that balances the vibrant citrus and slate. Already drinking well but will improve from here.

The grand dame. Sophisticated and structured yet operates more full bodied. Paired very well with fish and chicken but easily comfortable with soups and stews.
