Spectacular. Still tightly coiled but perfect balance of oak, lemon and steely mineral. Finishes with a yeasty twist that balances the vibrant citrus and slate. Already drinking well but will improve from here.

Day’um this is good. If you like a Chablis with a streak of lemon that screams to come out to play, then try some of this. This is a nice find.
