Les Vaucopins Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Solid. A little too fruit forward for my liking.

Vintage 2011 - typical Chablis austerity in smell, but a lot of finesse in taste, some citrus, almonds, beautiful balance.

Very mineral, light touch of Lemon merengue pie and salinity #bichot #chablis #chardonnay #wine 2010 vintage

Nose : smells like some oak. Tropical.

Palate : hint of wood. Ok.

Tasting side by side with other White Burgundy. Pairing really well with blue cheese.

Tart acidic with lack of character I doubt this will ever be an interesting wine. Sorry need to check the vintage at the store.
