In a beautiful place, expressive and intense showing butterscotch, orchard fruit, hints of reduction and minerals. Finishes long with great concentration. Such a treat to taste Meursault from Leflaive.

2009 vintage. What a lovely bottle! Mineral and acidic, but very elegant and gentle. Buttery and big, very balanced and long. Great Meursault representation.

Enjoyed this bottle in Chicago today as a toast and in memory of Anne-Claude Leflaive. She did so much for wine and was such a bright light... Her energy and life will live on in her wines and at the Domain. RIP Anne-claude. A very sad day and huge loss for the wine world.

Lt gold color. High pitched sweet nose. Citrus, apricot, lemon, stone notes. Lots of power in the mouth with richness to match.
