Super complex, tons of life. I want a gooey ball of Epoisse with this wine.

This is what Vouvray should taste like! Great citrus fruits which balance out the opulent tropical sweetness. A waxy, lanolin flavor combines with a lovely minerality and grassiness. A great mid point between Riesling, old world Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc.

Much more petrol/synthetic tones than I expected but not enough to trump gorgeous layers of quince, honey, saffron, orange peel, beeswax. Great juxtaposition of soft sweetness and acid w/ an oily texure

Lanolin, petrol, apricotpie, honey, some interesting vegetal and metallic flavors.
Mature, medium sweetness on the palate, off-dry finish.
Drink now.
