Absolutely no sediment. 13%. Good showing of fruit and earth. Very lively

Aged beautifully. Slate and light fruit. Tertiary bouquet and flavors. Graphite.

Paulee. Another contender for WOTN.

Gentle giant after a day open. Upgraded Volnay dressed formal. Wish I had more.

Oh my. What a beautiful Burgundy. At Pall Mall in London and a great way to start my weekend of my month here in the city. Amazing with oysters. Light, amazing tannins and a great year.

Very soft and supple and smooth. Velvety. BUT, a little heavy on the Oak button for me. Curious to know how much new oak he used... still, I LOVE caillerets.

2011. A bit more closed off at first but it opened after a bit in the glass. I just love this vineyard!
