40+1 birthday celebration. Very good White Burgundy. Tart apple, pear, wet stone and good acidity as well. Awesome pairing with artichoke hearts and escargot.

The finish is a little creamier than I expected, almost like certain Californian Chardonnays but without the oaked-up toasty flavors. Everyone enjoyed it.
