A lovely floral nose. Dried strawberries, Asian spice, cranberry dark gnarly blue fruit. Very vivid still. A proud, deep palate with sour cherry and a rich long finish. This is in great shape

Very concentrated, Hermitage like Burgundy. So much dense fruit and complexity, with concentrated acidity to match. Excellent with Dijon braised rabbit!

Drank fairly open for such a youngster was what I was told. It was still pretty dense and I guess the sexiness of 2009.
