Elegant, complex and long. Age has really made this a wonder. Juicy and concentrated. Lovely pearly tannins and a building sweetness on the finish. Terrific wine.

Please decant and put back in bottle for next day. This was really good on day 3. Cherry cinnamon sandalwood. Super clean and just the right amount of tannins to lift the finish. TBL

Sep 22nd, 2021What a nose. Love this when it’s young. Incense, smokey wood shavings, bright berry fruit, mesmerizing nose. Super juicy and so clean with incredible minerality, freshness, bright berry fruit and so much energy. Awesome. Such fine tannins and finesse. So good.

Nov 15th, 2019In a terrific place now. Gorgeously vivid red berry fruit. Smoke and mega minerals. Almost could pass as a white wine if it was in a color covering glass. Lots of white pepper. Some florals. Very fragrant in a fancy bubble bath way. The palate is so so lush, with stunning texture as amazingly vivid fruit. Wow. Coats your mouth and saturates with lush berry fruit and tons of minerals. It’s amazingly long and so pure. Outrageous. Wonderful wine.

Third night in Seabrook, WA. Aromatics are beautiful here. Medium bodied smoke/cherry interplay on the nose through the palate. Medium bodied & effortless to enjoy. More fruit than structure. Elegant wine.

F-king brilliant on a 'less is more' scale - darker fruit than most SC wines but clear, clean and persistent - yummy to boot - great stuff Thierry!
