It took a minute, but this ultimately came around nicely. There's a delicacy and femininity I can appreciate. cherry raspberry core, mineral casing, cedar dusting. I wish these could speak up a bit, but overall elegant and ends nicely in a silky tannic dance.

No notes. Festive weekend with friends, poured chilled along nice grilled t-bone steaks. Great success ! Superb juice, a tiny pepper note, some tannins in the rear.
