Transparent tree fruit and fresh herb with balanced verve and weight.

I’m a fan. Pure straightforward apple on opening, over time it turns a bit volatile, which gives it a spicy, crunchy pine forest edge. Last glass was the best, complex with slatey acidity. A bit lifted, almost too much so but not quite. Sorta beer-like. Cool wine, different, fun.

Chablis like... delicious... long finish. Muted aroma but some clean green apple and pear. Lots of minerality on palate. Touch of strawberry on the nose?

This is phenomenal with oysters.

Yellow apple, green apple, lemon, also some savory qualities and super high acid. Still scratching my head on this one.
