Candied grapefruit and slight orange zest, under ripe cherry, cranberry, charred watermelon, slight green herbaceous. I wish you could buy this in the states.

Blue bottle & all I had modest expectations for this one- but it's a really rich and delightful example of what can be done with a classic. Not rich and syrupy or laden with alcohol, the Clos Beylesse surfs happily along that light to medium-body level, pouring flavors along the trip. Peach, melon, and this wonderful touch of "light golden hue" to it that I've not experienced in a rose maybe ever. Doing all I can to understate it. #newfave

Finally found some wine. And killer rose at that. The blue bottle threw me for a loop but this was pale peach in the glass. And very fragrant. Bone dry but very nice strawberry flavors. Happy lunch sipper. But at 85 euros I got ripped. Welcome to St Bart's.

#brosé in a skinny blue bottle? Sign me up! This is composed of 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Cinsault. In a dry but not austere style, I found it to have a wide variety of delicate red fruit flavors and a bloom of flowers on the nose.
