Blue bottle & all I had modest expectations for this one- but it's a really rich and delightful example of what can be done with a classic. Not rich and syrupy or laden with alcohol, the Clos Beylesse surfs happily along that light to medium-body level, pouring flavors along the trip. Peach, melon, and this wonderful touch of "light golden hue" to it that I've not experienced in a rose maybe ever. Doing all I can to understate it. #newfave — 8 years ago
