Pretty and poised. A little one note and flat given the age but it’s a nice note

Oily and fresh. Good attack and lemon fruit. A touch of salinity.

Concentrated, fresh, young but filled out and acidity has settled nicely. Yellow and green melon, stone fruit, rocks, honeysuckle

Mineral, hay, smoke. Typical lemon notes. It shows fairly typically in terms of concentration for the variety, but it is an especially vivid, mineral and drinkeable wine, strong and primary in profile. Some pretty confectionary notes appearing after 24 hrs. Long mineral finish.

Popped and poured. Steely grey straw color in the glass with medium-viscosity. On the nose, minerals, green apples, peach, and pink flowers. On the palate, Granny Smith apple, lemon and an unbelievable amount of minerals. Medium+ acid and super long with a lovely texture. I’m suddenly craving a pool and a dozen oysters. Alas, it’s late November and I’m in Nebraska.

Can’t remember having an unimpressive bottle of this wine

Six years of aging has done this wine good. It has shed whatever citrus fruit it started with and is now pure seashells. Couldn’t ask for much more.

White flowers, peach blossom, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, turnip, pepper, slight lanolin, wet stone. High acidity, medium intensity and finish.

Lemon, green apple, nectarine, green pear, white pepper, radish, sour beer yeast. Elevated acidity, sour cream on the palate and finish. Phenolic bitterness. 12% abv. Medium intensity, medium+ finish.
