Terrific BdB from one of the rare domestic producers who produce terrific methode champenoise. Pale straw ripe green apple custard w nuances of hazelnuts. Palate bright w baked apple brioche and honeycomb waxiness. Brand name created by @Kimberly Charles who knew!! She's a clever pants xx
