Finely balanced Methode Champenoise Chardonnay

Pale gold color. Small delicate bubbles- aromas of Asian pear (apple-pear), bruised Macintosh apple and lemon-raspberry tart. Crisp and delicious!

Nice easy sipper. Faint petrol on the nose.

Decent.

Interesting, with some apple notes. Not quite as crisp and dry as I prefer.

High pitched, full, round, and very acidic. Lemons, yellow orchard fruits, and yeasty sour.

Cute little ting. Austere with an edge of sexiness. A bit of exposed thigh in your your Ralph Lauren number. But not enough to have me coming back for more

Crisp, racy acidity, delicate bubbles.

So glad I got to try this, really good juice!
