Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir

A .375 priced well. Yes I am weak 😋. Beautiful florals leap from the glass . Pure red fruit coat the palate. Good acid for the vintage. Zero regret and just a pleasure to drink.

Great for the vintage

Half bottle. In such a great moment of tertiary development. Drying fruit and flowers with intense underbrush.

Delicious wine. Filled out over a couple-few hours in decanter prior and during meal. May not become any better, but will drink well for a while.

Gaining weight and so much crushed dark fruit straight from opening. Got better and developed more over time with blackberry, cassis, candied dark cherry and a fine finish.

Good complexity and some sous bois

Pheasant(South Dakota) and Venison sausage(Alabama) gumbo night. This bottle showed more purity and less rustic than bottle 15 months or so ago.

Pristine colour, elegance to be envied, paired with food made me stay only with the wine. Probably the best value within AR line up
