Scratching my head here. Second bottle and 100% concordant. Diesel aromas, brioche, zero fruit (make that -1.0 fruit). Secondary and tertiary craziness. Would only serve this to the absolute wine aficionado in your restaurant ... or just to impress your wine geek pals. Would love to try this with a mild doseage.

I never drank a bad wine from Tissot and this #chardonnay #cremant is stunning. Expressive fruit, 52 months ‘sur lattes’ and that gives character to this #jura wine.

So dry and tart, it completely sucked all the moisture from my mouth. No hint of fruit, mostly yeasty bread. Pretty tough to drink- might be better with food.

The feisty and slightly ignored adopted step sibling of the classic blanc de blanc champagne. I have a lot of heart for this guy, working twice as hard to get the deserved attention. Sparkly, concentrated brioche flavours, fantastic with challenging food
