Slamming value. Mineral, carries some class and depth to it. Top site in Montagny for sure.

Big body but still great acid. Ready to go. Counterpoint to the Puligny, need to look into the sites. I would assume these were Vinified similarly but the vintage differences really show through. This shows age on the back end where the Puligny shows age ability

Nice and lovely nose. Fruits are a bit muted on day two. Very nice finish. Beautiful Chardonnay.

Medium body, buttery, pear flavors but not sweet. Some metallic taste in the background. Went very well with sauced dishes. An excellent wine.

Nice balance with enough body to stand up to a heavier and creamy soup with course one

Creamy going in, crisp going down. Green apples, slight brioche and lychee, a lasting finish, delightful. #whiteburgundy #chardonnay #volnay #burgundy #wine

Jeff Meier- This is a delicious Chardonnay from a lesser known appellation in Burgundy - called Montagny. It also comes at a very reasonable price. The wine smells of citrus, apple and struck gun flint with fresh, complex flavors echoing the aromas with excellent balance between palate weight and acidity. Paired with Moules Marinieres.
