Brut Blanc de Blancs Millésime Champagne Grand Cru Chardonnay

Vintage 2002 from magnum | good concentration, rondeur, long aftertaste. Brioche in smell, apple, even some cacao. Paired with asparagus cream with shrimps. (Only 400 magnums)

Nice aged BdB magnum milliseme. Impressive riled chards make for a super fine delicate boucet. No more sharpe acids.

Wonderful bubbles to share with my wife for our anniversary. Took a recommendation that worked out very well.

Delicious. Nutty, creamy, excellent. Actually one of the best champagnes I've had.
