Nothing from Damilano sucks, to be clear! This gem was opened and I could not say no! I would hold and open in 2028-2031. Very light cherry with tones of eucalyptus and anise. Very shy, would love to have more showing in the next few hours!

Dec 20th, 2018This wine was structured, layered, firm but very balanced. Subtle notes of tobacco, leather, mossy forest floor. We decanted this one for about an hour before enjoying. Color was light and brickish. High acidity and medium plus viscosity. Great with a hearty seafood meal.
