Always a go-to, but this vintage is a little disappointing. Deep color and body richness are typical of Cune (and evocative of Tavel), but this lacks "umph". Lacks fruit intensity, refreshing acidity, or length. Fair enough and a reasonable pair for rich, roasted, and herbed dishes.

In the words of the great Ray Ratto, "nutritious and delicious!" Lots of fruit, with acids to match. Bone dry. Great in the heat. Pretty great at $12. And a screw cap to boot for easy access.
