From half bottle at what I believe is Australia’s best Cantonese restaurant which is Flower Drum in Melbourne, and has been for 48 years. I had the Chefs banquet of 6 small courses. No notes on the wine but a quality producer from a quality terroir in the Macedon Ranges. Definitely cool climate and on the lean side. Great with food.

It makes me chuckle when they say "expensive French oak" but this wine smells high class, tastes clean, strong and beautiful. Gorgeous.

Bit out of sync & closed atm but all the stuffing is there for when it reemerges as something altogether gorgeous.

Great cool-climate Chard from one of my faves... Spot-on fruit/oak balance. Zing and complexity all rolled up.

From a warmer vintage, but still great acidity, nice balance and persistence.

Pale lemon, high intensity of shell minerality, citrus-lime, subtle cool herb, long length yet, lean palate supported by high acidity, 13.6%, MLF, integrated oak,

Seems to be in a shy phase. Muted nose with faint hints of citrus and nougat; faintly reductive. Lime pith, stone fruit, wet stone and spice palate, a touch herbaceous. Not my favourite expression of Curly chardonnay. Maybe needs more time? Or less.

Not shy, this one. An upfront riot of aromas and flavour, with citrus, mandarin, nougat and oak influence with good weight and a luscious texture.
