Tasted blind 11/16/22. Nailed it! Herbaceous, bubblegum, juicy, lots of mineral

Complex. Mineral city.

Nose is a hoisin, deep red fruit, violets, dried herbs, a touch of meat. Clove and spice. Palate still bright. Reliably good with age.

Wonderful #Gamay! This #Beajolais has tremendous structure. Grapey, cranberry, lasting. Potpourri on the palate and all over the nose along with dark berry and dried herbs. Very lifting and elegant. #wine

This took five days to open up. Day 1-3 the nose and palate were completely off balance and messed up. Day 4-5 it grew balance, depth, and richness. Sensational!

Crunchy red fruit, on the darker end of the spectrum. Ferrous and fresh. Quaffable. Hard to ask for more from this very dependable wine. Probably could age well considering the structure. Solid QPR.
