Starting off with a baby taste of Italian effervescence that feels right at this time of year. Hours later if gives a rich, caramel honey slathering down your throat taste. It has the utmost perfect minerality that only an Italian white will provide.

Delicious. Great texture on the palate with layers of lemon, thyme and mineral.

Minerally and saline. Sub this in for a PG and you’ll be happy.

The best white I’ve ever found at an Italian supermarket, and only 5.50 euros.

Harrys recommended - liked it and then came back to it and liked it even more. Sharp acidity. Nothing sweet or annoying. I could reach for this one.

We had it with Argentine shrimp cooked in butter and red pepper and it was was heavenly.
