Clear, water white; medium intensity aromas of peach, melon, melon rind, subtle rice porridge; dry, medium acid, medium alcohol, medium body, pronounced intensity flavors of peach, yellow apple, melon rind, rice porridge; long finish, very fruity but not sweet, well balanced

Extreme floral notes, white flowers and yellow rose. Soft palate with mouth watering acids, and star fruit. An amazingly long finish. Wowzers!
