This is Shichida, Jyunmai Ginjo Omachi 50%, Muroka (unfiltered) version blewed 2019.03. Tasted chilled well.
Ginjo flagrance was rather less at first. Very light touch as sipping, yet taste of rice and water exploded inside mouth. Sweetness of rice and a little sourness follows...then, a hint of bitterness comes very after. This was rather medium body, not totally light. Good with any food as this does not overpower itself. Totally recommended. — 6 days ago

This is Haneya Prism, Ginjo, not Kirabi.
Brewed April of 2019.
Flagrance is not as strong, but smells like fruity mix of pear and melon. Smooth and fresh, very light body as it goes into mouth. A hint of bitterness comes well after passing throat. — 15 days ago
Was not the favorite of the night but a solid finish to the night — 5 days ago
