Vintage 2001 | Beautiful developed and great intensity. Apricot, honey, botytris in smell. Balanced sweet. Such wines will outlive me. First time we tried Sauternes with oysters. It works.

It is good and intense, of course it is 2001. Honeysuckle, lemon peel, good acidity, a bit oxydized. Very good effort not up to what 2001 could have produced but quality wine.

Gold color, ginger, Jasmine and Honeysuckle; dried apricot, ripe yellow peach, honey, caramel, saffron, clove and all spice. Med plus to full body, med plus acidity. Delicious!
