Tawny color. Not overly dark. Nice nose. Notes of black cherry, mocha, light tobacco and a hint of coffee. Very smooth and great mouth feel. Gave this 7 hours of air which was very much needed as this was closed and quiet at open. Everyone liked this.

Drinking even more beautifully than 18 months ago. Beautiful nose, big fruits, and that whole cigar leaf thing going on, with hints of chocolate. But the reward here is the generously long finish. Wow!

This is near perfection with wonderful jammy fruit balanced with earthiness tannins greatly justified to elegance. Darn good juice with no coaxing necessary.

Had this wine in december. This one was in line with my last encounter. Old school Medoc style. A lot tertiary characteristics.

1hr+ decant. Dark red color with plenty of maroon and bricking. Floral, Smokey nose. Wine is drinkable but tart with earth and little fruit remaining. Oldest wine I’ve ever had which was fun but not all that enjoyable.
