Dry! Very tart with slight canned peach? Minerally as well with a hint of honeysuckle maybe? Not very fruity actually probably needs some time to age and smooth out the kinks -- or might pare well with food. 2021 vintage

This is a review for the Kosher version only. Unfortunately the Kosher version does not taste like the non-Kosher wine and is quite bad.
