Chappellet
Pritchard Hill Estate Vineyard Cabernet Franc
A crown jewel gifted by @Eric S. Thank you so much my brother!
Nose offers up cinnamon, cherries, raspberries, cloves and a hint of talcum.
On the palette, it’s overly bright, due to high acidity. We note black cherries, coffee, cloves and black olives. It’s a very complex showing - superb!

Pritchard Hill is fresh out of fucking around. This is an excellent example of domestic cab franc. Herbal, notes of both black and green olive, licorice and charred wood. This is a massive wine and still very much in its infancy at age 10. Oh yeah the sunset last night was sensational🔥

Feb 29th, 2016Still plenty of rich fruit left. Barely a hint of dried fruits. Love where this wine is right now. #texsom
