Bright acidity with lime flavours prominent on palate. Don't see much in the way of Ontario wines in BC. Reminded me of Aussie Clare Valley Riesling.

Muted nose - a little pineapple and orange pith. Pink grapefruit and tangerine on the palate with a plastic/vinyl component and a little sulfur compounds. Maybe needs some time (4-5 years) to allow some of the sulfur compounds to subside.

Very chemical aroma of wet pebbles and a bushel of hay. Dry grasses and herbs on the palate. Tart zingy finish. We drank it with kale and spinach risotto. The tart citrus cut through the rich buttery risotto beautifully which some of us loved but I found too tart.
