Dec 10th, 2018Still a baby with a fresh nose of herby grapefruit, shy lime and cool wet mountain stream pebbles.
Brilliant concentration on the palate with this electric tension, racy acidity and a tight core of salty, slate minerality. Around this are layers of lime, white peach, ripe lemons. Ripe yet with great poise, focus and depth.
They really nailed it in 2020!

Second wine of the night - things are starting to heat up - more of my preferred ⚡️in a bottle with some nice lime zest upfront and rounder tropical fruits to finish, just a baby, would like to drink in 10+ years

2016 vintage. Super limey and fresh. A little tropical with some passionfruit or guava, lime flesh and zest, jasmine, white tea, green apple, gooseberry. Lots of character, fruity, and super acidic. Floral and tropical notes make it seem like there's a small dash of Muskateller or Scheurebe in the blend. Quite refreshing and thirst-quenching.
