A great white from Italy, reminds me of a Sauv Blanc. Don’t think I’ve ever had a wine made from Vermentino grapes. Paired deliciously with a bourbon honey marinated chicken dish.

Green apple, pear, and white flower on the nose. Bright, clean, refreshing acidity. Slightly saline, with minerality. The apple and pear persists, with subtle stone fruit notes. Lingering acidity on the finish, with a touch of white pepper on the end. This is a fun wine, for a great price.
