오늘의 1등 와인입니다.
첫향에서 느껴지는 제대로 된 누룩향과 쉐리향. 뽁은 견과류까지 완벽한 보틀 상태였습니다.
좋은 샴펭은 산미감이 입안을 쫘악 쪼여주고 쭉 이어지는 피니쉬, 그리고 깔끔한 목넘김까지
플레그쉽 와인까지의 느낌은 아니였지만 정말 이 샴펭은 잘 마셨네요..
혀를 감는 임팩트도 상당히 뛰어나구요
또 만나고 싶은 그런 녀석이였습니다.
