This could be the perfect everyday Champagne. Classic brioche, a little bit of strawberry, apple, lemon. A little earthy. Almost like a plum peel. And wet leaves. Everything is very balanced and orderly. No details stands out too much. Plus the great price, I think it’s ideal for everyday consumption.

So good. This Muenier heavy blend is stunning. Bready, yeasty, brioche and mineral nose as well with faint raspberry fruitcake. Really aromatic. Palate is juicy and structured with terrific sap and purity. So clean and focused yet also wild, feral and fun. Wonderful.

Bready and yeasty nose. Mineral, cherries. Lovely. Creamy but with sap, razors or acidity and lovely intensity. Clean and finishes long. Terrific mouthfeel and balance. So clean.

So much mineral and Pinot fruit, amazing.

Photos of their cellar holding close to 60,000 bottles, intimate.

So much Pinot on the nose. Rainer cherries. Mineral. Elegant and crispy. Balanced and pure. Awesome. Good concentration. Amazing balance. But mineral and firm finish.

Its called Reflets Brut NV @Delectable Wine . Terrific nose. Yeasty, toasty, some green tea, some spice. Very aromatic. Great stuff. Palate is delicious. Great concentration and freshness. Loads of red fruit flavors and such nice precision and delineation of flavors. Finishes so mineral and long.
