The 2019 Chupacabra blend from Merkin Vineyards features 70% #riesling , 20% #chardonnay , and 10% #sauvignonblanc . This unfiltered wine has gardenia, quince, apricot jam aromas. Well-balanced with good acidity and a luscious palate texture. Delicious dry wine from MJ Kennan. #caduceuscellars

Not sweet. The chard flavor carries over the Riesling despite the smaller percentage of former. Grassy, apricot, and a hint of that buttery mouthfeel. Bright not heavy
