Powdered cherry and blood orange with the finest tannins seem to liquify into a delicious balancing act between fruit and earth and herbs. Ripe plum, dried red cherries, black cherry juice, black olives, blood orange over grilled meat, sassafras, sage, tarragon, black truffle, chicory and walnut.
