Bruno Michel, along with JP Fleury are two of Champagnes incredible progressive growers. This all organically grown extra brut is done with a minimum of sulfur and composed of about 1/2 each Pinot Noir and Meunier from his estate in Pierry & Moussy. It is complex, but not at the expense of refreshment and very dry without being severe.
